Project Description:
Happy Tails required a complete overhaul of their veterinary clinic to meet the growing demand for high-tech pet care. The hospital wanted a cutting-edge facility where technology and comfort were integrated into every element of their services.
Scope of Work:
- Clinic Layout & Flow Optimization: We restructured the entire floor plan to create a seamless workflow for staff, reducing bottlenecks during busy periods.
- Installation of Digital Imaging Equipment: We designed the diagnostic areas to house modern X-ray and ultrasound machines, with lead-lined walls for safety.
- Surgical Room Enhancement: Built a sterile, temperature-controlled surgical suite with direct access to the imaging rooms to streamline surgical procedures.
- Boarding Area & Pet Play Zone: Constructed boarding rooms with individual ventilation systems to prevent cross-contamination between pets, along with an indoor play area for dogs to exercise and socialize.
- Client-Friendly Features: Added digital display systems for patient updates in the waiting room and an easy-to-use online appointment booking and management system integrated into the clinic’s workflow.
